Pre-Order Policies

1)  Pre-orders can be refunded up to 30 days after purchase date and before shipment has been made.  Store credit will be given for any pre-orders that are 31+ days after purchase and before shipment has been made.
     Please make separate purchases for pre-order items and in-stock items so we can ship the in-stock item out immediately.

2)  Please note that large retail stores typically receive merchandise before small retailers.  If you place an order with us, please keep this in mind and be patient for us to receive and ship your order.

3)  Availability dates on all pre-orders are are subject to change due to manufacturer changes in production/release dates.

4)  Allocations can occur based on manufacturer production capacities and other factors. We fill orders based on first in/first out, so the quicker you place your order, the better chance you have of receiving your order if allocations do occur.

5)  Due to the nature of pre-orders our standard return policy for pre-orders does not apply.
